Before and After School Care

We are pleased to offer Before and After School Care to support busy families with supervised care. To ensure smooth operations and adequate staffing, please carefully review our updated booking policies below:

Please Note: We will not have Before Care or After Care the first two weeks of school.

Before Care and After Care will begin Monday, September 15th

Important Booking Guidelines:

      • Monthly Deadline: Ongoing monthly bookings must be made by the 3rd Friday of each month for care in the following month.

      • No Drop-Ins: Last-minute or drop-in bookings will no longer be accepted starting this school year. All care must be booked in advance.

      • Prepayment Required: Payment is required before your booking can be confirmed.

      • No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable, as we use your bookings to determine appropriate staffing levels.

Booking Fees:

Booking fees are per day costs

        • Morning Only: $15 flat fee
        • Afternoon Only: $25 flat fee
        • Both Morning & Afternoon: $35 flat fee

A $10 late fee will be charged every 15 minutes after 5:30pm

Be sure to follow the booking date submittal guidelines to ensure your selected dates align properly with our monthly booking window.

*When does your child need before school care? Provide days of the week and/or specific dates. Also tell us what time you will be dropping off your child (7:30am to 8:15am). There is no charge to drop off your child after 8:15am. Breakfast will be served beginning at 8:15am.
*When does your child need after school care? Provide days of the week and/or specific dates. Also tell us what time you will be picking up your child (3:45pm to 5:30pm). A $10 late fee will be charged every 15 minutes after 5:30pm
